Recruitment Resourcer with a sales mind
My lovely client are a niche specialist recruiter who are now looking to add to their close knit team. The team here progress from the role of resourcer to consultant.
Role will be resourcing, whilst being supported and working with the director and managing consultant. Learning from them and earning commission for the candidates sourced into the vacancies.
Full training is given to the right individual who has the right attitude; someone who is looking to advance their skillset and experience.
To source and present candidates who are successfully placed with the client base
To provide recruitment process support to Account Director
To build a network of candidates within the relevant sector
To consistently advertise the roles and brand
To accurately update the company database with all new and updated candidate details
Skills, Experience & Mindset:
The role requires a ‘sales mindset’. Resourcing is a high-volume activity often resulting in little traction with candidates immediately. Being consistently able to sell the value in working with the market leader in this field will be an integral part of every day.
Understanding the pressure of a sales business is key. Experience of this type of environment is therefore essential. Despite a very relaxed, engaging and friendly team, everyone is working towards financial targets and therefore has intense pressure at times.
My client will also be looking for evidence of an organised mind with the ability to prioritise. There is a high volume of data that needs to be recorded both quickly and accurately.

Work to candidate presentation deadlines
Setting up and monitoring watchlists on LinkedIn & Job Boards
Ensuring all new jobs have been posted in all outlets
Ensure jobs are re-posted if still active
Writing advertisements for Account Director new roles
Maintaining internal Advertisement Library Folder
Monitoring weekly response & reaction candidate data
Monitor ad response for each post
Monitor sector candidate movements within the industry
Account Director Recruitment Process Support
Arranging (and re-arranging) interviews for the Account Director
Confirming interviews with email confirmations and outlook invites
Ensure all new roles are posted on LinkedIn and shared
Create and share content for my clients Company Page
Increase the number of followers for the Company Page
Use a Content Diary to ensure regular and consistent posting
Set up Recruiter ‘saved search’ to follow candidate moves
Use scheduling app to post on LinkedIn simultaneously
Ensure all new jobs are advertised on the website
Ensure all new candidates registered are entered on the database weekly
Ensure candidate source is recorded on all new candidates entered
Provide data relating to totals and ratios quarterly

Annual basic salary to £28K
Uncapped commission, no monthly threshold.
21 days holiday (+1 for every year up to 24 days)
Christmas shutdown in addition to holiday
Weekly Friday breakfast
Mon – Thurs 8:45am – 5:30pm, early finish Friday
