Trainee Recruitment Resourcer/ Recruitment Resourcer- Sevenoaks area.

Due to expansion my client is now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their growing team. With 25 plus years of success my client is a recognised name in their field of recruitment. This opportunity will suit someone who has energy and is interested in building a career in recruitment.

Role:

Identify and engage top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive sourcing

Support the Senior Consultants by resourcing for key account roles

Build and maintain talent pools of skilled candidates ahead of market demand

Conduct market mapping to understand where key skills and competitors sit

Write job adverts, screen CVs, and conduct candidate calls

Keep CRM and records up to date and assist with interviews

Ideal Candidate

A positive, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn, full training is given

Driven, tenacious, and hardworking – you’ll be busy from day one

Strong communication skills and great attention to detail

At least 1 year post-graduation experience (my client welcomes experience from Sales, Retail, Customer service, Admin, or other industry backgrounds)

Driving licence and access to a vehicle

Remuneration

Annual salary depending on experience circa 23- 26k plus bonus and uncapped commission
