Recruitment Resourcer/ Delivery

My client who has been in operation for over 10 years are now looking for a recruitment resourcer/ delivery candidate to join their team in fabulous offices in Tunbridge Wells.

With longstanding relationships, you will be filling roles with some well-known business globally.

Working from fabulous state of the art offices in Tunbridge Wells you will work as part of the wider team supporting the director and consultants filling vacancies.

Role:

Resource candidates to fill technical vacancies across the UK and overseas, both contract and permanent roles.

Using a variety of Job boards including LinkedIn to search for suitable candidates and to advertise adverts.

Building relationships with candidates to discuss suitable vacancies, through telephone calls, email, LinkedIn etc.

Building relationships with clients to discuss candidates and organising interviews.

Helping team members as required as well as having he ability to use your own initiative.

Searching for passive candidates on CRM system and keeping in touch with candidates who are on contracts.

Ideal Person:

This role will suit someone who is happy to work hard and is serious about earning uncapped commission

Resourcer either trainee or experienced.

Driven to succeed as the opportunity to earn commission is excellent if you’re willing to work hard to succeed.

You must have an interest in recruitment

If you come from an insurance background you will do really well here

Have the ability to build rapport/ relationships and trust

Happy to go the extra mile to fill vacancies and earn uncapped and generous commission.

Team player as well as having the ability to use your initiative.

Proficient in Microsoft office

Remuneration

Annual salary in line with experience 24 – 35k plus uncapped commission, various benefits including career progression/ being part of this great team.
