Due to expansion my client is now looking for an experienced recruitment consultant to join their established recruitment consultancy.

Experienced recruitment consultant

The role is for a 360-recruitment consultant who has some recruitment experience in working as a 360-recruitment consultant.

You will be looking after and growing existing clients as well as gaining new business and finding the right candidates by CV searching advertising roles on a variety of platforms as well as interviewing and delivering candidates to the clients.

Happy to pick up the phone and make sales calls as well as interviewing candidates.

Driven and motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.

First class rapport and relationship building skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft applications.

Team player.

Strength of mind and the tenacity to keep on keeping on.

In addition to a generous annual salary, circa £26,000 - £35,000 you will also be rewarded with an excellent commission structure and a bonus scheme, there is a clear progression plan, and some great benefits.
