Sap Recruitment Consultant/ Resourcer

My client is now looking for a Sap Recruitment Consultant to join their friendly team. This role will suit someone with previous recruitment experience ineither a 360 or resourcing/ delivery in SAP recruitment. You’ll use your previous recruitment, sales, or account management experience to identify, engage, and place top talent into global contract opportunities.

Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements

Format and prepare CVs for client submission

Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database

Maintain accurate candidate activity records

Develop and manage long-term candidate and client relationships

Support contract and fixed-term hiring requirements

Gather market intelligence and potential leads from candidate conversations

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in SAP recruitment, either as a 360 consultant or as a delivery consultant is a prerequisite

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.

Familiarity with international markets and technology is a strong advantage.
