An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Consultant to grow a warm desk.

With some previous recruitment experience this role will suit someone who would like to work for an established Recruitment Consultancy specialising in a professional market.

Your role will be to resource and deliver candidates to existing vacancies as well as gain new business and building all those important relationships

Team here are supportive and friendly with no strict KPI’s or micromanagement, as they like to trust in their employees to want to do well.

This role is Monday – Friday office based and offers one of the best uncapped commission structures around.

Ideal Person:

Some previous recruitment experience in Resourcing Delivery or 360

Self-motivated and driven to do well and enjoy the fruits of your labour

Team player as well as the ability to work well on your own

Drives plus access to car 

Remuneration:

Annual salary depending on experience circa 30-35k plus uncapped commission, lots of holidays 25 days plus bank holidays and extra time off between Christmas and New Year. Parking. Company socials.
