Finance Administrator

A great opportunity has arisen to work as Administrator in Finance and Contracts for my client who are an established recruitment consultancy and have contractors out globally.

This is an office-based role working in lovely office location in Tunbridge Wells.

The role of the Administrator is to support the Finance & Contracts Managers.

Finance support takes up most of the role on an average of 80/20 with a bias towards finance support like invoicing.


Assist the Finance Manager with monthly invoicing (inbound and outbound) including checking timesheets and Purchase Orders and raising invoices.

Liaison with contractors about Invoicing instructions, Payment schedules, queries, etc.

Assisting the Finance Manager with recording financial data such as new deals, perm placements, extensions.

Assisting the Contracts Manager with: Compliance checks and reference requests on candidates. Drafting contracts and logging, Sending contracts to contractors and clients via AdobeSign.

Logging status of contracts and chasing for signatures.

Filing contracts and other documents electronically.

Check Runners list on regular basis and update with new runners and take off those finished.

Chasing clients for Purchase Orders and logging for use when invoicing.


Ideal candidate:

This role will suit someone who has experience or an interest in finance.

Experience in finance administration is preferrable as is invoicing experience

Excellent Excel and Word skills essential

Experience using accounting software beneficial

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent rapport building and communication skills

Ability to use your own initiative and work as a collaborative team member

A confident friendly and professional person.

This is a full-time position.


Remuneration:

Annual salary depending on experience circa 25-30k. 21 days holiday rising a further day for each year served to a maximum of 25. plus, bank holidays, pension, private health, cycle to work scheme, gym membership company socials and annual company performance bonus.
