Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant
My client is now looking for a Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the team and work in a specialist recruitment space. Based in Tunbridge Wells, this role is due to expansion. Having been established for several years and as they get busier they need a hands on resourcer delivery person to join them and help them with their continued growth.
The role:
Resourcing and presenting candidates to clients
Provide recruitment process support to Account Director
Build a network of candidates within my clients special
Advertise roles and brand
Accurately update the company database with all new and updated candidate details
Posting vacancies on job boards
Working and sourcing candidates from the CRM system
Keep in touch with candidates
Arranging interviews for the Account Director
Confirming interviews with email confirmations and outlook invites
Ensure all new candidates registered are entered on the database weekly
Ensure candidate source is recorded on all new candidates entered
Provide data relating to totals and ratios quarterly
Ideal Candidate
You will have a sales mindset as resourcing is a high-volume activity often resulting in little traction with candidates immediately.
Being consistently able to sell candidates the value in working with the market leader in this field will be an integral part of every day.
Understanding the pressure of a sales business is key.
Experience in a sales environment.
Working in a relaxed environment, with an engaging and friendly team, everyone is working towards financial targets and therefore has pressure at times.
You will be highly organised and happy to work under pressure and to deadlines
Working with a high volume of data, which needs to be processed accurately
Working under pressure and to tight deadlines
Remuneration:
Negotiable annual salary plus commission from your first placement, career progression to be a 360 recruitment consultant if desired. Great location, Pension, company socials.
