My client is now looking for a Recruitment Resourcer/ Delivery Consultant to join their friendly team.  This role will suit someone with previous recruitment and sales experience. You’ll use your previous recruitment, sales, or account management experience to identify, engage, and place top talent into global contract opportunities.
Working from modern office your responsibilities will be to:
Proactively source candidates using multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
Format and prepare CVs for client submission
Build and maintain a high-quality candidate database
Maintain accurate candidate and activity records
Develop and manage long-term candidate relationships
Support contract and fixed-term hiring requirements
Gather market intelligence and potential leads from candidate conversations
Work closely with the Resource Manager and Sales Consultant to understand current and upcoming resourcing needs.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or account management related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates and job openings simultaneously.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Familiarity with international markets and technology is a strong advantage.
