Recruitment Resourcer - Delivery Consultant

This is a great opportinity to work for my client to help grow with their business and to be part of a young and motivated team of four consultants. The role is due to growth and you will be a significant part of the team supporting the directors with resourcing and communication with candidates and clients.

This role will suit a trainee or someone with office or resourcing/ delivery experience, who has excellent written and verbal communications skills, and has the ability to converse with people at all levels. You will want to be part of a team as well as having the drive and initiavte to work on your own.

Purpose of Job:

To work alongside a Senior Consultant and focus on filling roles with key accounts around the Southeast, The goal is to fill more roles with the same number of clients, while delivering a higher level of service to each client and candidate.

Day to Day Activities and Responsibilities:

· Attend client meetings (face to face and virtual) with a Senior Consultant as and when required around the Southeast.

· To write and advertise all active job roles on a variety of job boards.

· Prepare candidate CVs and summaries ready to send to each client.

· Proactively work on key roles and deliver an excellent service to clients (employers) and candidates.

· To call all appropriate candidates that apply to job roles and discuss opportunities with them.

· To interview candidates when appropriate, gathering critical information about their experience, career goals and more.

· Gather job leads by speaking with candidates and understanding what companies may be recruiting, or which ones may have job opportunities coming up.

· Proactively resource candidates using a variety of methods, including CV searching, LinkedIn outreach, and matching on the CRM system.

· Make contact with candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, building relationships with active candidates, passive candidates and general working professionals for the future.

· Advertise the business and its services on platforms such as LinkedIn.

· Create engaging LinkedIn content.

· Check-in with candidates once they have started a new role.

· Other duties as and when required.

Remuneration

Annual salary depending on experience circa 23- 28k plus bonus/ commission

25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, pension, part of company growth, company events.
