Recruitment Researcher/ Resourcing Tech into Hedgefunds

My client are looking for an intelligent, driven individual to join their growing team as a Recruitment Researcher

They are a boutique talent acquisition consultancy specialising in the recruitment of best talent across the entire spectrum of hedge fund investment management strategies.

With circa 12 employees, they play a key role in the growth of their clients and candidates, by consistently finding solutions to their own talent acquisition challenges and opportunities. By utilising core recruitment values, allowing them to successfully identify, source, and deliver top-tier talent to the most innovative companies in the world. My client maintains strong relationships with a select number of high calibre clients.

The market within which they operate attracts the most academically accomplished individuals who are compensated very well. Subsequently the earning potential is high and significantly above market average.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Possess an understanding of searching for highly qualified candidates in the technology space (ideally demonstrated through a degree or apprenticeship)

  • Be highly driven, ambitious, hard-working, and trustworthy.

  • Have an innate ability to communicate with precision, building and maintaining professional relationships with both candidates and clients.

  • Be a quick thinker, with common sense and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Be a self-starter with great initiative.

  • This role will suit someone who is looking for a role in search/ resourcing, it is not a BD recruitment role

  • Have an interest in Tech and Hedgefunds
