Operations Assistant


A great opportunity has arisen for an operations assistant to join a great and supportive team in modern offices and a great Tunbridge wells location.

If you have experience of working in an office environment and are proficient in Excel together with excellent attention for detail, then this role might suit you.Full training will be given.

Role:

•            Compliance checks and reference requests

•            Drafting contracts

•            Sending contracts to contractors and clients via AdobeSign

•            Logging status of contracts and chasing for signatures

•            Filing contracts and other documents electronically

•            Chasing clients for Purchase Orders and logging

•            Ensuring contractor logs/records are kept up to date

•            Operations project work, for example, ISO certification, Carbon Emissions certifications, Industry Awards

•            Operational compliance, for example, industry certification, professional memberships

•            Office management tasks including, but not limited to, creating, editing and updating documents such as, company org chart, company spreadsheets, reference forms,

•            Ordering office related provisions/office management tasks

•            Supplier Management/Purchasing, organising annual renewals

•            Assisting in the planning and organising of events, including, but not limited to, all expenses covered summer and winter parties and additional events such as, charity events and team building activities

•            Adhoc operational tasks as required


Ideal Person:

Experience working in an office environment

First class attention for detail

Good Microsoft Skills including Excel

Enjoys working with spreadsheets

Team Player

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal

Excellent telephone manner

Confident and friendly in your approach

If you have a creative flair and can assist in digital marketing would be a bonus but not essential.

Remuneration and benefits.

Annual salary to 28k plus benefits that come from working with a great team in a lovely modern office and great location. Pension, some hybrid following  probationary period, Company events,  Gym and healthcare options. Office hours can be flexible with starting times from 8.30am - 9.30am working a 37.5 hours a week. Your lunch break can be half an hour or an hour.
