Employee Benefits Administrator My client are a leading specialist who are now looking for an Employee Benefits Administrator/ Customer Support Person to join their lovely team. You will receive continuous, comprehensive on the job training in the role and also be part of my clients 2-3 year professional development program. After successfully completing the program, you will be able you to choose from 3 roles where you will earn £40k-£60k salary and OTE of £60k-£90k plus Based in Tunbridge Wells, you will support existing clients and help them to acquire new clients, by:
Providing outstanding customer support to corporate clients and their employees
Producing new business proposals for the team of Employee Benefit consultants
Compiling scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for clients
Developing and learning the skills needed to become a successful consultant
Enthusiastic, driven, and committed to helping clients
A strong desire to develop yourself and to do “the best you can” for you and for clients
Happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment
Have great attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation
A degree, would be great but good A levels will be fine too.
If you have some experience and qualifications in Financial Services, or a CII that would be brilliant but it is not essential
You need to be willing to learn and pass appropriate exams and to be proactive
You will need to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 depending on qualifications and experience.Generous Team Bonus. Career Progression, and a comprehensive benefits package 33 days’ holiday (incl. bank holidays), plus3 days at Christmas.
