You will receive continuous, comprehensive on the job training in the role and be part of my clients 2-3 year professional development programme.
After successfully completing the program, you will be able to choose from multiple roles, where you will earn £40k-£60k salary and OTE of £60k-90k plus.
The Role:
Office based you will assist existing clients and help to acquire new clients, by:
- Providing outstanding customer support and dealing with enquiries from clients
- Producing new business proposals for team of Consultants
- Compiling scheme renewals and annual strategy reports for clients
- Onboarding new clients and implementing new plans for existing clients
- Developing and learning the skills needed to become one of the successful consultants
Ideal Person
An interest or some experience in the HR and/or Health and Safety sectors
Experience of time management and developing process

Great communicator and a strong desire to develop yourself
Be happy and able to work on your own as well as in a team environment
Have great attention to detail and organisational skills
Have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise your workload
Be willing to learn and pass appropriate exams
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
If you have a degree, that will be great but good A levels will be fine too
If you have some experience and qualifications in the Employment Law, Human Resources and/or Health and Safety Industry that would be brilliant, but is not essential
Remuneration
- Basic salary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience
- Team bonus: Paid annually
- Holiday: 33 days’ holiday (inc. bank holidays) pa, plus 3 days at Christmas
