A great opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment consultant who is willing to work across my client’s specialist sector roles in both Contingency recruitment and Executive search in Kent.

This is a 360 role within an exciting professional industry.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience in recruitment is essential

You will be confident picking up the phone and calling existing and potential clients and candidates.

Self-motivated to achieve targets and goals

Team player, as everyone supports each other

Hard working to gain excellent rewards uncapped commission

No hiding behind emails, making calls is essential

Good verbal and written English communication skills

Remuneration:

Annual salary depending on experience, uncapped commission and no desk threshold.  

25 days holidays plus a further three days for Christmas and birthday off. 29 days holiday plus bank holidays. Early finish Friday 2pm. Work from home Thursday and Friday.
