Trainee or experienced Recruitment Consultant: Ref: DHREC

Are you looking to start your career in recruitment? do you have what it takes to become a great recruitment consultant? This opportunity might be for you. My client is looking for a trainee or will consider an experienced recruitment consultant to work in their lovely team of circa 20 employees. This really is a great opportunity to initially resource and deliver on an existing client base, before moving to more of a 360 role, should you wish to do so.

My client offers a supportive, positive place to work and appreciate the importance of a life/work balance. It isn’t all work, as It is important that they also understand the person. So in addition to focusing on your career development, they also have a benefits package that reflects their culture.

  • A structured induction and training programme/manual that is a "go-to" document for all the company’s processes and practices.

  • Lots of on-the-job 1-2-1 development and support.

  • Encouraged to identify courses and qualifications you wish to gain in order to help your professional development.

  • Weekly team meetings on a Friday afternoon to review the week and seek ideas for solutions to challenges identified.

  • A documented career development plan with one year and five year objectives.

Support for the staff works well across both the recruitment and accounts teams. With 60% of the staff serving over 10 years.

Being a small company it is important that their staff feel valued. Basic salaries and commission plans are highly competitive. Benefits package is constantly reviewed and whilst it includes all the usual benefits of holiday entitlement, pension, maternity/paternity, private health, share scheme etc. they also offer other unique benefits.
