Internal Recruitment Recourcer/ Researcher - Trainee or Experienced
My client who have substantial year on year growth are now looking to recruit a further 60 candidates over the next year. With a current employee numbers at 120, they successfully recruit graduates.

To interview candidates daily over the phone/ Teams/ face to face
To find and search for candidates to work for my clients successful recruitment business
Interview circa 6/7 graduate candidates per day
To use job boards, Linked in and CRM systems available
To write job adverts and attract the right calibre candidates
To have meetings and conversations with universities to attract and interview candidates who are interested in recruitment as a career path
To sell the benefits of working in recruitment in a positive and clear way
Manage social media to attract right candidates
The Ideal Person:
Previous experience of being an internal recruitment is not essential
Previous experience of working in a sales role, perhaps taking high volume of calls is advantageous
You will have drive, energy and enthusiasm and have an urgency about your work
Excellent Communication and rapport building skills
Excellent verbal and written English
Motivated to succeed
Team player who can also use their own initiative
Have a sales attitude to attract the right candidates
Have a great work ethic and a 'CanDo' attitude
Annual basic salary depending on experience 25-35k plus commission for each successful person recruited into the business. 25 days holiday plus bank holiday, the opportunity to work in a beautiful central London offices and with a hugely supportive team where you will gain first class training.
