What's expected from the recruitment consultant.
Motivated to succeed and having the right attitude,
Ability to have consultative conversations with people at senior level, i.e. decision makers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in using Microsoft applications and CRM Systems as well as Social Media, i.e. Linkedin
Driven to succeed and become a specialist or go to person in your market
Team player, as well as having the ability to work on your own initiative
Happy to take direction and learn from experienced consultants
Looking to earn a substantial amount of money
Happy to work in a city centre location
Annual basic salary depending on experience. Uncapped commission, no desk threshold, 20 days holidays plus an extra 2 weeks holiday over the Christmas period plus bank holidays.
