Talent Acquisition Specialist - REF: DHTAS



A great opportunity has arisen with my client who are an independent integrated communications agency.

My client are now looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive and lead recruitment across their UK office. Responsibilities for this role are sourcing, attracting and hiring active and passive candidates within the highly competitive communications, digital and public relations space. This is an outstanding opportunity to drive talent acquisition for an agency that always puts employees first, attracting best-in-class talent across their 4 core divisions - Technology, Healthcare, Consumer and Corporate.

London office is one of 22 across the globe, and they have exciting plans for the future - making them one of the world’s most-respected communications agencies. You will work closely with the International HR Director, whilst partnering with many internal colleagues, including: Leadership Teams, HR, Finance, Marketing, and the wider global Talent Acquisition team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Build strong professional relationships with the HR team, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all career levels (from interns to senior staff) - driving direct hiring of talent wherever possible.

Develop and implement search strategies using both digital and traditional recruiting practices and strategies to attract qualified candidates.

Train, counsel and guide hiring managers through the recruiting/interview process.

Work on wider TA projects such as D&I and employer branding.


REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience in an end-to-end recruitment role within a fast-paced environment ideally within a professional services or communications industry

Experience of the communications industry with PR industry knowledge and experience highly desirable along with knowledge of healthcare, technology and consumer sectors.

ATS experience - ICIMs and Workday

Excellent talent pipelining and market mapping experience

Able to assert POV and effectively identify, embrace, and influence key stakeholders

Ability to work autonomously

Ability to communicate ideas, decisions, and reasoning clearly and confidently

Ability to work in a fast-paced changing agile environment

Strong negotiation skills and along with the ability to read, write and speak business level English

Must be able to work with teams across various geographic locations (virtual team structures)

Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)

Open office environment with a growing and diverse team (flat structure)

Good annual basic salary circa 40k plus. Excellent benefits.
