My client are now looking for a bright, organised, and self-motivated individual to become a Research Manager to assist in taking their recruitment consultancy to the next level.
The Research Manager will be responsible to support the Consultants of the team ensuring that the whole firm is working in a consistent way to the designed CRM system.
The role will be responsible for defining effective revenue forecasting processes and reducing placement time supporting your team using accuracy and effective time management.
You will have responsibility for global research management, whilst being able to multitask.
This exciting role requires great attention to detail, great organisational skills and the ability to make important operational decisions, always from a commercial perspective.
This is a critical role in my clients business. You will literally be the backbone of the organisation and will be a hugely important member of the team in keeping them working efficiently whilst growing.
You will have a range of responsibilities in a fast-growing environment.
Some of the key responsibilities included in this role are:
• Regular reporting to the Directors
• Market Mapping candidates and new clients for prospecting and lead generation
• Managing Vacancy coverage and creating long lists for the consultants
• Initial Interviews where appropriate
• CRM management (LinkedIn & JobAdder)
• Managing diaries for clients and candidates
• CV formatting and Mapping management - Microsoft experience required
• Advertising jobs where necessary and coming up with creative ideas for talent attraction for the clients
• Helping with Sales admin - Invoicing, Placement tracking and KPI records
• Supporting the regional MD with licensing administration and ad hoc sales admin
• Working with office manager and accounts team
In an ideal world you will have solid recruitment experience and understand how this industry works. (Not essential)

Demonstrable experience of being able to efficiently handle multiple tasks as well as being able to prioritise them.
