The Role

Manage sales orders from customers 

Managing planning and production and to ensure successful customer service to clients 

Oversee the daily management of the sales orders, planning & production, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and team collaboration. 

Monitor performance and provide support to production staff. 

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company regulations. 

Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates. 

Provide the Business Manager with the daily/weekly financial and productivity reports. 

Manage and develop our production schedules to meet customer deadlines efficiently. 

Determine material, equipment, and labour requirements, ensuring resources are optimised. 

Order consumables and maintain stock control. 

Manage and resolve production issues to minimise disruptions. 

Oversee quality control to ensure product standards are consistently met. 

Assist with customer management, to ensuring high service levels. 

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and manufacturers as required.

Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. 

Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. 

Good customer service skills with a professional and approachable demeanour. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 

Previous experience in a similar environment is preferable, Print/ FMCG/ Manufacturing/ Planning & Production. 

Ability to work to tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

 

Remuneration: 

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience circa 35k
