Head of Internal Recruitment
My client are an award-winning, multi-million-pound turnover recruitment business, are now looking for a strategic Head of Internal Talent to join and manage their team of five Internal recruiters to help take them to the next level.
With really strong growth in the last five years they want to continue on their upward trend . They have invested heavily in all business areas and have identified a need for the right person to Head up and the Internal Recruitment team who they can learn from.
Key for this results driven role: Head Of Internal Recruitment:
Strategist who can help take them to the next level
Putting proper processes in place and to train and direct the internal recruiters
Managing KPI's, sales driven individual.
Previous experience of managing an International team of recruiters is advantageous as they have offices in Europe in addition to the Uk and its where the headcount will really increase
Being a hands on as well as being a strategic individual with the drive to succeed is important. They have grown organically since 2009 and have circa 110 employees, and are looking to add another 60 mainly in mainland Europe by end of 2022.
Annual salary negotiable: circa 70 - 80k plus flexible benefits, depending on individual needs.
