Digital Marketing Executive - REF: DHDME


My client are looking to add a digital marketing executive to their team.

Having been established for many years and with circa 40 employees, 7 being in the marketing team.

This role will sit within the Sales & Marketing Team and help drive the business forward. The main purpose of the Digital Marketing Executive role is to support the Brand Executive in delivering the marketing strategy for the company. Working under the Head of Brand & Marketing, you will be instrumental in providing key marketing content to their sales channels.


The position would be best suited to somebody who loves data-driven decisions and enjoys discussing how data can provide a tailored approach to creative.


Key responsibilities:


·Curating eMarketing content & managing the platform’s database

·Maintaining and improving the website’s SEO & keywords for all listings, resources and blogs

·Assisting with the production of POS to showcase products at their best

·Take ownership of listing optimisation for Amazon and D2C channels

· Co-ordinating the production of company bulletins

·Delivering engaging social media posts in line with social media strategy

·Assisting with the implementation and effective running of affiliates programme

· Monitoring campaigns and marketing activity to report on ROI and marketing objectives

· Generating new PR contacts and ideas to meet promote and showcase the company

·Using brand guidelines to showcase the brand in its best light at all times.


Ideal Candidate:


The ideal candidate will be somebody who takes an omnichannel approach to marketing & sales; a dab hand at cross-pollinating one platform’s successes to another.


·Experience working on an ESP or CRM system like Send in Blue, Mail Chimp, Klaviyo or Dot Digital


·Basic understanding of Google Ads and PPC


·Strong organisation skills.


·Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword optimisation (using Google Suite & 3rd party tools for analysis)


·Experience in managing projects and prioritisation skills.


·Focus on results with data and analytical skills


·Digital marketing knowledge and experience (ideally with Social Media experience)


·Ability to work in a team and independently.


·Proven business judgement - a problem solver and pragmatic in approach.

Remuneration:

Annual salary 22-26k depending on experience, career progression, working in a supportive environment which encourages growth.

Onsite parking and team building days.
