Business Development Person - REF: DHES


No previous experience required- great work life balance- working hours 9-5.

My client who have been established for circa 15 years are now looking for 2 x Business Development people to join their close knit team of 5. This role might suit someone who is looking to work in a customer service and business development role, where you will be having conversations with a variety of businesses, no two days are the same.

Charismatic communicators, marketing experts, talented designers and strategic thinkers; capable of delivering 'sales ready’ prospects through the cultivation of genuine and positive business relationships, is how they describe themselves. They are passionate about helping businesses succeed by connecting them with other businesses.

Role:

You will be making calls for a variety of clients where you will be making introductions to their desired audience and the aim of your calls are to secure new business meetings. You will also get involved in client relationship management, data cleansing and research.

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills

A natural ability to build relationships, good at building initial rapport

Has an interest in business and is ideally looking to take on responsibilities, learn new skills and evolve with the business and the team.

A team player, who has the ability to work on own initiative

The ideal candidate:

Excellent communication skills

Happy to call businesses and have conversations and gain appointments

Willing to learn and helpful attitude

Attention to detail and excellent time management are essential.

Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems are advantageous but not essential

Computer literate (Word, Excel and Emails)

Full training and support is given. Hours of work are 9-5 Monday - Friday. Annual basic salary negotiable, regular salary reviews, parking, working with a great and supportive team.
