A great opportunity to work with my client as a Business Development Manager. You will be driving new business opportunities for my clients Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services and complementary talent solutions services to both new and existing clients

Ideal Candidate:
Knowledge and experience within the recruitment or talent solutions sectors.
Responsibilities:
Define the business development and marketing strategies and manage the full business development life-cycle
Generate leads and talent solution opportunities with senior buyers
Market, negotiate & secure contracts for RPO, MSP, SOW and talent solutions consulting
Work closely with the group practice directors and marketing to create consistent brand and service awareness using all available tools
Lead on the bids/tenders process and secure new framework contracts.
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in identifying, qualifying, and selling talent solutions, Talent Acquisition RPO, and MSP programme’s
Evidence of implementing and executing a business development plan
Proven experience in designing and pitching solutions to clients across different formats
Strong client interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
