Experienced Digital Recruitment Consultant

My client, a well established Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the digital field are seeking experienced Digital Recruitment Consultants to join their rapidly expanding team. You will be based in offices in Covent Garden.

You will specialise in an area of digital and place both permanent and contract staff, working in a lively team environment. My client offers a fantastic commission structure and there is no threshold to reach so you earn commission on everything you bill.

There is lots of opportunity to progress within this company as they are looking to double in size over the next 18 months. Team Leaders will have their basic salary increased by £5k-£10k, will earn monthly commission and also an annual bonus.

This is a fun company to work for, they work hard but play hard too. My client is looking for honest, hard working, driven consultants who are looking for the next step in recruitment.
