My client a Healthcare Recruitment Consultancy is a unique Recruitment agency run by experienced healthcare clinicians are now looking for a medical recruitment consultant to join their expanding team. With over 40 years combined clinical and recruitment experience, you will find their team well versed in all aspect of UK healthcare. 

They believe it is important to foster both a personal and professional relationship with all  candidates and clients. Furthermore, by ensuring all their candidates are assessed clinically, they can highlight clinical expertise and ensure candidates are placed in the right job.

My client being a National Framework Agreement agency approved to supply AHP staff to the NHS and Private Healthcare Sectors. They undergo annual audits and are proud to confirm that they have dedicated compliance staff aimed to help maintain their candidates compliance levels thus ensuring all candidates achieve gold standard compliance at all time whilst working through their agency.

As a medical Recruitment consultant you have previous experience of recruiting into the NHS and or Private Sectors and or Military. This is a 360 degree recruitment role, where you will be expected to build your desk, by gaining new business, as well as growing existing and sourcing relevant candidates for the roles predominantly locums/ temps, however, some of the placements will also be permanent.

Excellent basic salary plus open ended commission structure.
