Trainee Recruitment Consultant

My client, a well established Recruitment Consultancy specialising in the digital field are seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their rapidly expanding team based in offices in Sevenoaks.

You will specialise in an area of digital IT and place both permanent and contract staff, working in a lively team environment. My client offers a fantastic uncapped commission structure and there is no threshold to reach so you earn commission on everything you bill.

This is a fun company to work for, they work hard but play hard too. My client is looking for a honest, hard working, driven individual who is not afraid to pick up the phone and can liaise well at all levels! You will be tenacious, ambitious, articulate and confident.

Business to business sales experience is essential for this role!

Basic salary is £18,000 - £20,000 + uncapped commission.

On top of the basic salary and uncapped commission scheme, my client also offer subsidised membership to Sevenoaks gym after completion of your 6 month probation, private medical insurance that is also open to family members and there will also be plenty of staff outings!
