This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and rapidly growing Design & Build company which specialise in commercial interiors and residential construction projects.

Candidate:

The ideal candidate would be a smart, driven, enthusiastic, self motivated, with an excellent telephone manner and work ethic and have a proven track record in a sales environment, preferably in telemarketing.

The Role:

Based in kent, the successful candidate would spend most of their time working with warm leads and generating opportunities for the sales team and appointments with end user clients who are undertaking residential construction works, relocating or refurbishing offices. Occasional client/affiliates meetings may also be required.

Typical sale/ value of product or service promoting (even if not closing sales) £50,000 to£2,000,000.  Varied level of of contact - Sole traders, Marketing Managers, IT Directors, CEO, Personal Clients, CEO, FD, MD, HR director, Facilities Managers. 

Salary circa 18K plus uncapped commission.
