Recruitment Consultant - Delivery Team

 

My client, a highly successful recruitment business, providing contract and permanent recruitment services in this demanding and fast-moving industry for over 10 years. With very prestigious clients throughout the country, my client has experienced impressive year-on-year growth since inception to become one of the major suppliers in their sector and as a group, top 15 IT staffing businesses in the UK.

To fulfill their ambitious growth plans, my client is now looking to recruit 3 individuals to work as Delivery Recruitment Consultants in a new team specialising in the Financial Services industry. You will be liaising with high calibre clients within the banking industry so you must possess excellent communication skills and be very articulate.

My client is ideally looking for a graduate who is looking to build a career within the Recruitment industry, ideally with experience of working within retail banking. Applicants with Recruitment Resourcing experience will also be considered or applications from an Account Managing background with experience of working within the banking industry.

You will be of graduate calibre with a dynamic attitude and desire to succeed. You will be hungry for a career within the Recruitment industry.

 You will be based in modern newly refurbished offices in Tunbridge Wells very near to the train station. The basic salary is negotiable depending on experience and the commission package is uncapped, year 3 OTE is £100k+
