The company:

My client is a specialist search consultancy, based in central London who focus on business critical recruitment in the digital and software world.

The role:

This role is to work closely with the Head of Contracts to support him in the continued growth of the contracts business. Currently the team is seven consultants, with a plan to grow it to 30 over the next two years.

The role will involve building on the stability and knowledge of the individuals already in place, manage and develop client relationships and existing business, rationalising and refining processes as well as training and developing the staff internally to make the contract team a key player in the marketplace.

Your responsibilities:

• Live the company values

• Help motivate, manage, develop and train the contracts team

• Business Development and grow the team client portfolio

• Cross-sell and deliver into existing client base

• Build out a successful team billing into core digital markets

• You will have complete support from an experienced senior management team

• Recruitment of new recruitment consultants

• Appraisals and Consultant reviews

• Work with senior management and take on strategic projects as and where necessary

• Expectation to lead from the front, attend client meetings, be involved   in big pitches and billing etc.

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience

• You will have an appreciation of how to manage different personalities

• Target driven with a desire to achieve sales and performance targets

• Ability to present and communicate at all levels

• Ability to drive success through others

• Committed to continually improving your skills as a sales person and as a Manager

• You need to be self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve your goals

The ideal candidate will be a big contracts biller and/or Team Leader with a successful track record. This could be a role for someone who wants to transition from consultant to manager, who has natural leadership qualities.
