My Client who are a search and selection recruitment company are looking to expand their team due to growth.

They deliver a professional search and selection recruitment service to clients in London, Kent and the South East, across a broad array of roles, predominantly in the financial sector.   So, whether they're  helping you to find a Senior IT Programme Manager or a Telesales Executive they operate in precisely the same way, delivering the same level of scrutiny and the same investment of effort. 

This role is for someone who has specific experience in contract recruitment, as you will be taking that next step of heading up the contract division, this could be in Middle markets, financial services or software.

You will have a proven track record of working in recruitment and looking after a contract desk, and ideally will have a portfolio of existing contractors although the latter is not essential, its more desirable.

This is a new business role and you will have the flair and business acumen to set up and lead the contract division.

Knowledge of writing business plans and having that entrepreneurial flair are important to demonstrate how you will succeed in your role.

You will be extremely well presented, with ability to speak with people at all levels. You will be happy to pick up the phone to gain new business and eventually grow and manage a team.

Basic salary to 35k plus bens.
