Resourcer / Recruitment Consultant

My client a recruitment consultancy who has been established since 2005 is now looking to expand their team. With open plan offices in a lovely location which is close to shops etc... you will be working from and have access to the town centre.

Initially working as a resourcer to help the  existing consultants find good candidates, you will have the opportunity to become a recruitment consultant...working on a perm desk placing predominantly sales, marketing and office support staff.

Previous experience working as a resourcer is not essential, however, good sales / customer service experience is preferable.

You will have a can do and flexible attitude and be happy to muck in and get involved with the team.

This role is for someone who is happy working within a small team... you must be a team player.

You will have an excellent telephone manner and be willing to call candidates and eventually clients. Making sales calls to build your desk will become part of your role, however, you will initially be calling candidates and reading CV's.

Good administrative skills are essential, as swell as having first class organisational skills and good attention for detail.

salary dependant on experience.
