Trainee Recruitment Consultant

I am looking for graduates or sales professionals looking to build a career as a Recruitment Consultant for my client based in vibrant, modern offices on the outskirts of London.

My client has placed thousands of IT sales professionals in the best IT sales software job vacancies across the UK since 1991. Specialising in the highly competitive field of IT Software Sales, they have established themselves as the market leader.

The role of a recruitment consultants is to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. This is done by making cold colds, visiting clients, giving sales prepresentations and ensuring that you are first to fill their vacancies. You will be CV searching for candidates and advertising job roles. There is allot of sales involved in recruitment and you will working in a highly targeted pressurised environment.

You will have a great attitude and must possess great relationship building skills and be highly professional.

In return, my client offers a basic salary of £18k for grads and £18k-£30k for experienced sales professionals , plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE for first year is £40k-£50k. Top consultants here are earning between £110-£160k.
