Recruitment Consultant

My client, a well established Recruitment Specialists, based in Tonbridge are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

If you are a go getter, hungry to succeed in a competitive environment, work hard to gain new business and build relationships with clients and candidates then this is may be an ideal role for you.

You will be happy to pick up the phone and make calls and build rapport with potential clients, previous experience is not essential as training will be given. A positive attitude and being self motivated is a pre requisite, as is a hunger to earn a lot of money as this role comes with a good basic salary and uncapped commission. You will ideally be a Graduate however this is not essential, as long as you have good GCSE and A Level grades. You must be confident, well spoken and articulate.
