My client a well established Recruitment Consultancy based in Tunbridge Wells, are looking for a resourcer.
The role of a resourcer is to find candidates for vacancies, supporting, one or more recruitment consultants. This is done by searching Job boards and building relationships with clients and candidates.
You will be determined to succeed in this fast paced environment and have a genuine passion to get into recruitment.
