Recruitment Consultant

Trainee recruitment consultant required for my client who are very well established recruitment specialists in Tunbridge Wells.

If you are a go getter hungry to succeed in a competitive environment, work hard to gain new business and build relationships with clients and candidates then this is may be an ideal role for you.

You will be happy to pick up the phone and make calls and build rapport with potential clients, previous experience is not essential as training will be given. A positive attitude and being self motivated is a pre requisite, as is a hunger to earn a lot of money as this role comes with a good basic salary and uncapped commission.
