Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultant required to work for this established recruitment consultancy 
in a prestigious location in Tunbridge Wells town Centre.

Your Duties will be:

Cold calling businesses from large corporate to small companies to gain new business

Face to face meetings with potential and existing clients to establish exact needs and gain a better understanding of their requirements

 Sourcing own leads
 Searching websites to find suitable candidates for vacancies
 Interviewing candidates both over the telephone and face to face to establish skills and requirements
 Advertising vacancies on various national and local recruitment websites
 Preparing candidates for interview and sending relevant information
 Gaining feedback from clients and candidates
Understanding specialist industries in depth to provide an excellent service to both the client and candidate
 

You will have previous sales experience preferably in the recruitment industry.

You will be a go getter, enthusiastic, motivated, positive, self starter who is happy to work individually and within a small team

Business to business sales experience is essential

You will need to be confident and an experienced user of the telephone and sales pitch, equally comfortable face to face

Pitching and closing business should come naturally to you.

You will be results driven, highly motivated energetic, well presented professional and confident and have the desire to succeed in what can be a challenging industry. 

Basic salary negotiable... commission uncapped
