Recruitment Consultant or trainee recruitment consultant required to work for this busy Consultancy in a great Tunbridge Wells location.

Your role will be to source candidates, gain new business  look after existing business and administration making this a varied role.

If you are interested in Sales and have a hunger to succeed in a competitive industry then this role might be just what you're looking for. You will have great back up and support as well as a good basic salary and open ended commission.

You will be highly organised, have excellent interpersonal/ communication skills, as well as excellent attention to detail. You will also have the ability to multi task and work well under pressure and to deadlines.
